Creative Manager

Job Location: The Campus, Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching creative vision and strategy for brand communications, marketing campaigns that alignment with business goals and brand identity within the mobile financial sector
  • Lead and mentor the Creative Designers, copy writers, foster their growth, oversee their output, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative work.
  • Lead the creation of impactful visuals for marketing campaigns, events, social media, branding and work closely with Brand, Event, and Corporate Communication teams.
  • Serve as the guardian of brand identity, ensuring strict adherence to guidelines and maintaining consistent, high-quality visual representation across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Deliver expert creative direction to produce compelling visual and multimedia content (including short videos, animations and interactive presentations) that clearly communicates key messages across digital and print media.
  • Oversee the creation of impactful print and digital designs, including brochures, flyers, app interfaces, and online advertisements.
  • Manage multiple complex design projects, ensuring timely delivery through optimized workflows, clear timelines, and effective resource allocation.
  • Lead design critiques and guide the team in incorporating feedback to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of all creative output.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project needs and deliver strategic, compliant design solutions that align with objectives and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a creative field such as Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in creative management, leading or directing design teams.
  • Preferred experience in Mobile Financial Services, FinTech, or similarly regulated digital consumer sectors.
  • Skilled in using design AI tools to boost efficiency and innovation, with a strong interest in adopting new AI-driven creative solutions.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and applying varied creative storytelling techniques to engage audiences and simplify complex ideas effectively.
  • Extensive experience in graphic design and creative direction, supported by a strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns and diverse projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design software.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating diverse design work, strategic creative direction, and strong creative skills.
  • Strong practical knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Passionate about staying updated on design trends, emerging tech, and tools to future-proof creativity.
  • Proven success managing multiple strategic projects in fast-paced, dynamic settings with agility.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful work.
