Talent Management Manager (HRBP)

Job Location: The Campus, Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)

Position Purpose
  • The role shapes and implements strategies that result in developing and retaining high-performing employees.
  • The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent.
  • Proper implementation of HR strategy impacts overall efficiency, ensures business satisfaction, and maintains high staff morale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Build collaborating and trusting relationships with business leaders to understand business needs and implement effective initiatives. Partner with the business to proactively identify and solve issues to achieve business goals.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management: Drive organizational capability through continual improvement of organizational structure, ensuring clear accountability and alignment of roles across the organization. The position dictates the ability to provide input to business processes re-engineering and affect staff behavioral and attitudinal change.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement a performance management framework that is aligned with overall organizational strategies. Build a high-performance culture by communicating an energizing and compelling vision for future growth, underpinned by challenging business targets and creation of the conditions for success.
  • Workforce Planning & Governance: Provide strategic support and technical insight for workforce planning and governance processes throughout the year. Ensure absolute alignment between talent availability, business requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Capacity Development: Identify development needs in co-ordination with business leaders by focusing on job and business requirements. Design annual activity roadmaps and drive the execution of targeted development programs to enhance competency and close gaps in an efficient manner. Coordinate with internal, external, and group levels to execute training programs that result in continuous improvement in employee capabilities.
  • Talent Acquisition Engine: Lead end to end recruitment activities to attract and on-board the most suitable talents for the organization. The role demands experience with recruiting high talent in the Digital Field.
  • People Initiatives: Lead and support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall workplace experience, using data and feedback to inform actions. Contribute to cross-functional projects and apply relevant best practices to drive meaningful, practical improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in Performance Management, and Organizational development in the field of a multi-cultural environment.
  • Advance university degree in HR Management, Organization Development and People Management, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated decision making capability and the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Myanmar language is mandatory.
