Job Location: The Campus, Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)

Position Purpose

To enhance organizational performance by monitoring key business and financial metrics, conducting performance analysis, and delivering actionable insights that support business planning, financial target achievement, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilites

• Monitor key business KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, ensure if they are on track, carry out analysis for any areas of gaps and provide insights & recommended actions,
• Conduct the business performance for the overall organization and support other related functions in coordination with Business Planning
• Conduct financial target setting (KPI) to ensure company’s financial objectives are achievable
• Conduct regular and provide the assistant to business units with reviewing of business performance and assessing the key revenue and cost drivers to ensure key KPIs are achievable and financial objectives are deliverable
• Analyze data with an appropriate analytical process, recommend better solutions and develop effective methods to optimize business performance and increase efficiency in the processes
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis and projects as and when necessary
• Provide supporting and relevant data for the Monthly Financial Reporting process
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance data with analysis of variances
• Analyze weekly product performance trends and key KPI movements, identifying underlying drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Perform detailed variance and driver analysis on revenue, subscriber, usage, product, and cost performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, highlighting key business risks and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences working in business performance management and management reporting, and in a management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large data sets and present findings in a well thought out manner
• Advanced excel skills and ability to create complex but easy to follow finacial models
• Experience in financial management reporting and financial analysis
• Exceptional analytical, planning and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience leading team and dealing with stakeholders to provide timely inputs to management
• Ability to execute, improve process for efficiency within the team
• Able to coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements
• Confidence and ability to propose and defend opinions and perspectives in order to influence and achieve financial objectives
