Job Location: The Campus, Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)
Position Purpose
This role is responsible for driving sustainable user growth and engagement for our mobile wallet business through end-to-end campaign management, strategic growth initiatives, and continuous performance optimization. The role will maximize existing channels, including the partner ecosystem, while identifying new opportunities to improve user acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute continuous (weekly/monthly) campaigns to drive user growth and engagement
- Design campaign mechanics including promotions, gamification, and behavioral nudges
- Activate campaigns across multiple channels:
- In-app placements – CRM (Push, SMS, email)
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Define and monitor campaign KPIs such as: (MAU/DAU uplift, Conversion rates, Participation rates, Retention impact)
- Continuously track campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis
- Analyze performance data to identify insights and improvement areas
- Iterate, optimize, or rebuild campaigns based on performance outcomes
- Run experiments (A/B testing, incentive vs non-incentive mechanics)
User Engagement & Retention
- Drive increased user frequency and stickiness
- Develop initiatives that build habitual wallet usage
- Balance incentive-based vs organic engagement strategies
Ecosystem Activation (Supporting Scope)
- Maximize MAU contribution from existing partners
- Ensure partners are actively participating in campaigns
- Identify underperforming partners and drive activation improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partners into growth initiatives
Growth Projects (New – Strategic Scope)
- Lead and execute growth-related projects that contribute to – user acquisition, user retention
- Identify opportunities beyond campaigns (e.g., new use cases, feature adoption, journey improvements)
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to deliver projects
- Ensure projects are impact-driven, measurable, and aligned with MAU growth goals
- Track project outcomes and integrate learnings into future campaigns and strategies
Growth Performance Management
- Own and report on key growth metrics – MAU Growth & DAU/ MAU ratio
- Build dashboards and provide regular performance reporting and insights
- Translate data into actionable growth strategies
Job Requirements
- 4–8+ years in growth, performance marketing, CRM, or campaign management
- Experience in mobile apps, fintech, or digital wallet businesses preferred
- Proven track record in running and optimizing large-scale campaigns and/or growth projects
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization loops
- Ability to manage both execution (campaigns) and initiatives (projects)
- Ability to design user engagement strategies with or without incentives
- Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks
- Highly performance-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable with continuous testing and iteration
