Manager, Technology GRC is to oversee and strengthen Wave Money’s Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function by ensuring technology and cyber security risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated in alignment with the Risk Management Framework, business objectives, and industry best practices.
Marketing Automation & inAPP Specialist is responsible for marketing automating, optimizing inAPP campaigns and designing communication strategies (MM, Eng), enhancing tool functionalities. Optimizing digital marketing channels (Paid media, Owned media) to ensure high visibility and conversion with regular reporting on inAPP and digital marketing activities.
This role will be responsible for analysis of the campaign, measuring effectiveness of the campaign, coordinating between internal stakeholders, and sharing reports among the team.
This role define the overarching creative vision and strategy for brand communications, marketing campaigns that alignment with business goals and brand identity within the mobile financial sector. Lead and mentor the Creative Designers, copy writers, foster their growth, oversee their output, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative work.
This role shapes and implements strategies that result in developing and retaining high-performing employees. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent.
Wave Money is undergoing a technology transformation across the IT stack and needs an experienced database engineer to build and maintain multiple Oracle RAC clusters, other DBMS clusters such as Postgres and MySQL and reporting/business intelligence tools such as Statistic.
