Campaign Overview
A simple and transparent incentive program designed to drive three strategic objectives: Mobile Wallet onboarding, Wave Zay Sine (WZS) merchant activation, and OTC transactions. All Wavers are part of the program and encouraged to contribute to achieving the Growth Gates.
How It Works
1. Wave Wallet Users
- Assist users to become Verified
- Send 10 Ks. and write “10” in notes
- Users receive 1,000 Ks. cashback (T+2 days)
2. Wave Zay Sine (WZS) Merchants
- Introduce the WZS program to the merchant/user
- Assist in filling up the WZS form
- Share your DMM Wallet Number when referring the merchant
3. OTC Transactions (Not Applicable to OTC Field Staff)
- Perform any OTC transaction
Monthly Gate Targets
Non-OTC Field Staff: 6 Wallet Users + 2 WZS (or) 4 OTC Transactions
Sales Staff : 10 Wallet Users + 4 WZS (or) 8 OTC Transactions
OTC Field Staff: 10 Wallet Users + 4 WZS
Champion Awards
- Monthly Top Individual: Highest average multiple of combined Wallet, WZS & OTC targets in a month
- Gate’s Top 3 Individual: Highest average multiple over the full 3-month period
Rules & Support
- Use DMM Wallet only for transfers, OTC, and WZS referrals
- Personal phone numbers are not permitted
- Fraudulent activity results in immediate disqualification

- Leaderboard (Power BI) available for HOD tracking
