Position Purpose
Head of Business Intelligence is to identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve company targets; to support the Product, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Distribution teams in finding new ways to attract customers, maximize value and experience of existing customers and retain them; to feed all business units with reports and insights needed to run the business; to gather inputs on competition and industry trends. Management of a small team (currently one Business Analyst, potential growth).

• Be the strategic partner to help frame business issues, providing strategic consultancy to shape business questions and define solutions;

Position Purpose

KEY Responsibilities

Position Purpose
This is a new role that will join the DMM Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO. The key purpose is to drive and lead the digital transformation of DMM, including digitization of the back office and finance team, development of analytics capability and enablement of the digital and distribution businesses. • Education and qualifications: Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science or Technology
