Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to 1) ensure accurate invoice processing, payments and accounting in ERP 2) Maintain General Ledger in ERP and integrity of financial report on timely basis 

KEY Responsibilities
Accurate and timely processing vendor and employee invoices and payments in ERP, Bank reconciliation, preparing monthly closing activities and timely tax compliance and assist in finance operation. Ensure checks and baalnces are in accordance to the guided policy and procedure. Maintain general Ledger and accounting records with provision of accurate, timely and relevant financial result.

This is a new role that will join the DMM Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO. The key purpose is to drive and lead the digital transformation of DMM, including digitization of the back office and finance team, development of analytics capability and enablement of the digital and distribution businesses. QUALIFICATIONS/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE AREAS
• Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified or Internal Auditor (CIA) professional certification (or equivalent) is beneficial. 
• Over 5 years progressively responsible experience in internal controls and/or audit environment
• At least 3 years of experience in banking or related industry

POSITION PURPOSE 
The Communications Manager will be responsible for internal and external communications for Wave Money. He/she will develop and disseminate messaging to maintain a consistent flow of information with the company’s stakeholders, including media.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Communications Strategy
• Develop and implement a communications and media strategy for the organization
• Assist with the development of marketing and brand communications to all relevant stakeholders
• Regularly conduct reviews of existing communications and implement changes to maximize impact
• Advise staff on communications and media engagement and effectiveness
• Implement systems for evaluating the effectiveness of communication activities

Media
• Act as contact for and coordinate, media inquiries. This may involve telephone calls out of hours, including early morning and evening calls and/or weekend calls
• Advise on, write and edit media releases, opinion articles and other articles and pitch these materials to appropriate media, including by proactively identifying opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, including TV, radio, print media and online journalists
• Develop and maintain a database and email distribution lists of relevant media contacts
• Act as a Wave Money media spokesperson when required

Online communications
• Manage Wave Money’s website including sourcing content and working with inhouse and outsourced vendors as required
• Manage Wave Money’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts as a channel to disseminate information

Publications
• Coordinate content, editing, publication and distribution of stakeholder publications
• Assist in preparing other publications, such as factsheets, reports and submissions
• Manage company Newsletter – develop content ideas, work with stakeholders to get required information, prepare and send out to staff
• Providing editing support and strategic advice

Public relations and events
• Develop high quality press releases, press kits and other related materials
• Work with agencies to plan and manage press conferences and general events that involve media coverage
• Together with other staff, coordinate seminars, events and launches
• Proactively identify media and press opportunities 

Other
• Undertake administrative tasks as required in a small team
• Perform other duties as directed and necessary to the proper performance of the role

Position Purpose
The role of Android Developer is responsible for all apsects of mobile application development including product testing, trouble-shooting and production support. The Andriod Developer will deliver new products and features for Wave Money’s mobile financial services business. He/She will collaborate with the rest of the Application Development and will have a strong focus on deliverying high quality applications. The Andriod Developer is expected to be able to debug, fix and support Wave Money Andriod Applications. He/She will work in close cooperation with Business, Operations, and external partners to ensure requirements, use cases and stories are correctly translated into a working application. iOS Experience will be highly desirable but is not essential.
